NEED

Aligned with an established nonprofit provider of human tissue, this nonprofit start-up brings breakthrough innovation to the quickly emerging regenerative medicine category. The organization needed to define the essence of their offering and differentiating value proposition, and then use those to drive their brand, communications and business development platform.

APPROACH

I led the client’s leadership team through discovery and in-depth interviews, and conducted a competitive landscape analysis to inform and ultimately craft their vision and mission statements and brand positioning. These formative strategic documents were then used by the organization’s creative partner, D+i Creative, to name the organization and develop the brand’s creative platform.
